Who I Can Help
You may know the name of the difficulty you want help with, or you may simply know that life has started to feel harder. These pages describe experiences people may recognise and how we could explore support together.
I work with adults and young people, including children from age six. Therapy is shaped around your needs, goals and circumstances. You do not need to fit neatly into one category or have a diagnosis to get in touch.

Finding your next step
Difficulties can overlap. Reading a page is a starting point for understanding your experience, rather than a way to diagnose yourself. In a consultation, you can share a little of what is happening, ask about the process and consider whether I can support you.
Sessions are weekly, last 50 minutes and cost £85, in person in Cheadle Hulme or online where suitable. For younger children, I generally recommend in-person sessions.
