Session Fees
I believe transparency around cost is important. Below is a summary of my current session fees.
Initial consultation (20 minutes) — Free
This is an informal call to discuss what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions, and explore whether we’d be a good fit.
Standard therapy session (50 minutes) — £85
Sessions are available in person at my practice in Cheadle Hulme, or online via secure video call. This applies to all services found below.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer, made in advance of each session.
Fees are reviewed annually. I hold a small number of reduced-fee places for young people or those experiencing financial hardship — please mention this when you get in touch if this applies to you.

Neurodiversity‑Affirming Therapy (Autism & ADHD
I specialise in adapting CBT for autistic and ADHD individuals of all ages.
This includes adjusting communication style, pacing, sensory considerations, and the structure of sessions to ensure therapy feels accessible, respectful and effective.
Adaptations may include:
